Stellar Converter for EDB is an essential tool to keep handy if you have an Exchange Server installation. The application is packed with extensive features that help you convert and export data from Exchange database (EDB) files to PST and other formats, such as HTML, PDF, EML, and MSG. It can also export directly to a live Exchange Server database of any version or an Office 365 tenant.

The native tools of the Exchange Server can export data only if the database is mounted or the Exchange Server is running, whereas this application can open EDB files even if your Exchange Server is not running and export from it.

If you want to extract data from an existing Exchange Server, there is no need to dismount the database as the application can also open EDB files from Hosted Exchange. The application can export user mailboxes, archives, shared mailboxes, disconnected mailboxes, and also public folders.

In the modern cloud era, organizations have started to shift towards the Azure cloud offerings given the less commitment towards the cost, maintenance, and agility for go-to-market.

Also, one of the significant reasons for the recent increase in the adoption was that the Microsoft BizTalk Server users started to migrate to Azure iPaaS as it integrates well with the existing workloads.

The Azure footprint of an organization will continue to grow, which will eventually add a layer of complexity in managing the Azure cloud cost.

Recently, the security agencies have seen an increase in attacks against on-premise Microsoft Exchange servers. These attacks were made in email servers often used by small and medium-sized businesses. Due to these reasons, Microsoft thought of simple, easy-to-use, automated solutions to provide out-of-support versions of on-premise Microsoft Exchange servers.

With this in mind, Microsoft recently released a new one-click Mitigation Tool for the customers who are using on-premise Microsoft Exchange servers. This will help the customers who are unfamiliar with the patch/update process.
