While Microsoft is preparing for the next big update, named 'Windows 10 Creators Update', to be available worldwide from 17th October, the Windows engineering team has already started pushing their next set of updates from the RedStone 4 (RS4) branch to the Windows Insiders.

Windows 10 Update delivery works better by creating a peer network to send/receive updates within LAN and/or internet. But till date, there was no control over it's upload/download bandwidth and thus, there was a need for it.
