[SOLUTION] Windows 10 error enabling optional inking and typing diagnostic data

The optional inking and typing diagnostic data help Microsoft to improve the language recognition and suggestions capabilities of apps and services running on Windows 10. But, if you are seeing the error message "Your current Diagnostic data setting prevents inking and typing data from being sent to Microsoft", you need to resolve it first.

1. Open the Windows 10 Settings app (Win + I).
