If you are facing the error message "Your background is currently turned off by Ease of Access settings" on Windows 10, follow the simple mentioned steps below to turn on the desktop background image:
Open the Windows 10 Settings app [Win + i].
Navigate to Ease of Access | Display settings page.
Scroll down to the "Simplify and personalize Windows" section.
Click to turn on the "Show desktop background image" toggle button.
Now, you can navigate to the Personalization | Background settings page to select your desktop background.
