The latest build adds reliability and security improvements to Windows Update Service components in consumer Windows 10, versions 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, and 2004.

Microsoft said that this update may request your device to stay awake longer to enable the installation of updates. This update will respect your "active hours" settings about the uses of your device the most. It will also respect any user-configured sleep configurations.
This update may compress files in your user profile directory to help free up the disk space to make sure that the Windows Update can install important updates. Once this update gets installed, your files will be restored to their original state.
