In the month of May 2022, Microsoft released a set of new features and improvements for its popular collaboration platform "Microsoft Teams". The latest update includes the ability to choose refinement to the way you look on the video to further enhancements to customization options

With the May 2022 update of Microsoft Teams, the company added brightness and soft-focus video filters to Teams. When you have poor lighting, the brightness filter will enhance your video quality of yours during the Teams meeting. You can also apply the soft-focus filter to have a soothing effect on your video stream.
To apply these filters simply navigate to the device settings. Below is a video demonstration of the same (via Microsoft):
Do note that the soft focus filter is not available for EDU tenants currently.
