In the Windows 10 latest build, i.e. Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803), Microsoft added a new settings page to control the Startup items that start along with Windows OS. Apart from the Task Manager | Startup tab, this is a new page where you can control it.

Just three days ago, on 27th March, Microsoft released the Windows 10 Preview Build 17133 to the insiders in the fast ring, and now they have started rolling out to insiders in the slow ring by marking it as 'Feature update to Windows 10'.

 

The build will gradually roll out, but if you can't wait, you can force it by manually checking for new updates, if you are in the slow ring.

Microsoft released a new preview build 17112, to the Windows Insiders in the fast ring. This build is from the Redstone 4 development branch and contains no new features rather than a bunch of fixes to make it ready for the next major release.

Microsoft released a new build (Windows 10 Preview Build: 17107) to the insiders in the fast ring. As we are heading towards the final release from the Redstone 4 branch, this build contains minimal changes but has numerous bug fixes to stabilize the forthcoming RTM build.

Microsoft is adding a new Power Plan policy to Windows 10 Pro workstations, to improve the performance of the computer. Along with Windows 10 Insiders Preview Build 17101, Microsoft previewed the same to the insiders in Fast Ring.

 

This change is expected to be available with the next major update of Windows 10, which is scheduled to release in Spring 2018.

Microsoft released another new build (preview build: 17101), as part of the Redstone 4 development, to the Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring. They have also announced a new Skip Ahead build 17604, which is the first public build from the new RS5 prerelease branch.

 

Though there are no significant changes in build 17101, but it contains a set of improvements and fixes to stabilize the final release going to happen in Spring 2018.

End of July 2017, Microsoft published a list of features those are going to be deprecated in the future version of Windows 10. The classic 'Microsoft Paint' (mspaint), which was available in all versions of Windows, was also part of that deprecated list.
