According to the official changelog, the latest Office Insiders build 13617.20002 (version 2101) includes a list of fixes for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook client.

Microsoft Office Build 13617.20002 in Beta Channel comes with few improvements

Microsoft Word received an improvement in the way to provide access to certain mail merging feature. We fixed an issue that caused users to be unable to specify how long they wanted to allow access for when starting a mail merge from Word, resulting in them getting excess prompts, Microsoft says.

Microsoft Excel received two improvements in this build. We fixed an issue where Excel would close unexpectedly when opening UNC files that have invalid file attributes (creation time, modified time, etc.). We fixed an issue where decimal and thousands separators settings carryover when copying a chart from Excel and pasting into Word., Microsoft explains in the changelog.

Microsoft Outlook client also received two important fixes. As per the official changelog, We fixed an issue that caused users to be unable to specify how long they wanted to allow access for when starting a mail merge from Word, resulting in them getting excess prompts. We fixed an issue that caused a Outlook to close unexpectedly for users of Redemption based Add-ins..

Please note that the new build is still in the beta stage for the Office Insiders. These improvements will go live once the final testing completes. If you are not yet part of the beta/preview channel, join the Office Insiders program to receive early preview builds.
