The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has been launched in the Indian market with a new memory configuration. Earlier, the flagship smartphone was available in 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage options. Now, the company has announced a new variant that will come with a 12 GB RAM + 1 TB storage option.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra handset has a 6.8 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display with 120 Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, 40 MP (f/2.2) selfie camera, 108 MP (f/1.8) primary lens + 12 MP (f/2.2) ultrawide lens with 120-degree field-of-view + 10 MP (f/2.4) telephoto lens + 10MP periscope-style 10x zoom lens as the rear camera.
The phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast wired and 15W wireless charging. Wireless power share is also available. It will have a dual-SIM slot along with support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, and ultra-wideband (UWB).
The operating system of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra series smartphone is powered by Android 12-based One UI 4.1.
The 1TB version of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is priced at Rs 1,34,999. Its 256GB and 512GB storage configurations are priced at Rs 1,09,999 and Rs 1,18,999 respectively. The S22 Ultra is available in Phantom Black, Phantom White, and Burgundy color options.
Samsung is hosting an “exclusive” sale event on the Samsung Live e-portal to kick-off sales for the new model. You will be able to buy the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 1TB variant during the live event on March 28 at 6pm on its official website and later it will be available as E-store-exclusive.
As part of the launch offer, you will get an option to buy the Galaxy Watch 4 at a discounted price of Rs 2,999 when bought together. You will also have an upgrade bonus of up to Rs. 8,000 if you have Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series smartphones.
