Active hours let Windows know when you are typically at your PC. This info is used to let Windows 10 schedule updates and restarts when you are not using the PC. The main idea behind the feature is to make the operating system updates less annoying by preventing automatic restarts.
Though this feature was released with Windows 10 Anniversary Update, now Microsoft started recommending the Active Hours time on the Windows Update page, based on your actual time using the system.
Last week Microsoft released the Windows 10 May 2020 Update but rolling out to devices in a phased manner. But if you can't wait, you can upgrade with tools like Update Assistant and Media Creation Tool. But before upgrading, be warned that the update still has some bugs that may bring your device down.
As the update still has these known bugs, Microsoft now made a small change to the Windows Update page and starts notifying you if your device is not yet ready for the installation to happen on that device.
