Microsoft has released a new build for Windows 11 insiders on the Release Preview Channel. The latest Windows 11 Build 22000.706 (KB5014019) brings two new features that will improve the Family Safety verification experience and the Windows spotlight on the desktop.

 

This build also adds a long list of fixes that adds more stability and improvements to Windows 11 ahead of the general availability of the next feature update.

Microsoft released Windows 11 Build 25120 to the Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel. The latest build doesn't bring any key new features but enables support for a new experimental "search bar" on the desktop. Not only this, there are several quality improvements and bug fixes in this build.

Microsoft releases a new update to the Dev Channel insiders. As the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25115 is now rolling out to Dev Channel only, this closes the window for you to be able to switch from the Dev Channel to the Beta Channel. This build will not be offered to ARM64 PCs, says Microsoft.

Microsoft releases a new update to the Windows 11 insiders, and interestingly, this build is rolling out in both the insider Dev Channel and Beta Channel users. That means you can still switch from the Dev Channel to Beta Channel if you are likely to do so!

Sleeping Tabs is a feature in Microsoft Edge, introduced in late 2020, which lets the inactive browser tabs sleep after a specified time to save system resources. This feature is based on Chrome's "freezing" technology, but way better than that. An initial report has shown a 26% reduction in memory usage of the browser.

 

Now, with Microsoft Edge 100, the company has updated sleeping tabs to enable pages that are sharing a browsing instance with another page.

Windows 11 - the latest version of Microsoft's operating system is being updated with a ton of new features and improvements. Microsoft released a new servicing build to Windows 11 insiders. The latest Windows 11 Build 22581.200 comes as a KB5013296 Cumulative Update and is currently rolling out to the Windows Insiders in both the Dev Channel and Beta Channel.

 

As this cumulative update is designed to test the servicing pipeline for builds to the insiders' Dev and Beta channel, it doesn't include any feature changes and improvements.
