Microsoft Edge development team released the first build of Chromium-powered Microsoft Edge version 99. The latest dev build 99.0.1131.3 is being rolled out to the Edge Insiders in the Dev Channel. According to the official release page, Microsoft Edge 99.0.1131.3 adds a set of new features and a long list of Bug fixes mentioned below. As version 99 is now heading over to the Dev channel, version 98 will soon be shifted to the Beta channel.

Microsoft releases Edge 96 to the Beta Channel insiders as part of the 4-weekly update cycle. The beta channel of the Microsoft Edge preview program is considered for the release of the most stable preview builds to the Edge Insiders.

Microsoft has released a new Edge build 96.0.1028.0 to the Edge Insiders, who are on the Dev Channel. This is the first build of the Microsoft Edge version 96. The latest version of the Microsoft Edge Dev Channel build adds a number of new features.

That means all Microsoft 365 apps and services will cease support for Internet Explorer.

Microsoft released a new update to the Edge Insiders in the Dev Channel. This is the third minor update to the Edge v92, after the major version released to Dev Channel a week ago. Though there are no major improvements, the latest build 92.0.884.2 adds two new features to Microsoft Edge.

 

Microsoft also informed that the Microsoft Edge build for Dev Channel has been delayed until later this week or skipped until next week due to some issues while getting the build.

The built-in coupon and price comparison tool in Microsoft Edge (Chromium) adds a new shopping experience within the browser window by displaying coupon codes when you visit any shopping site. The "Password Monitor" feature was first introduced in Microsoft Edge Canary build at the end of June 2020. When you enable this feature, the Microsoft Edge browser will check all your saved browser passwords against a known repository of already exposed credentials. It will alert you if your online credentials have been detected on the dark web.
