Microsoft Edge is a cross-platform web browser developed by Microsoft in 2015 for Windows 10 and Xbox One. Since then, it has been rolled out for Android and iOS in 2017, macOS in 2019, and preview for Linux in 2020. The legacy Microsoft Edge is over, and the latest version is powered by the popular Chromium engine.
Microsoft Edge 89 is currently being previewed in Edge Insiders Dev Channel and is going to roll out to the stable channel in the first week of March 2021. According to the Edge roadmap, the next version to bring the following improvements.
