Microsoft announced that they are ready with the next feature update of Windows 10, i.e. the Windows 10 November 2019 Update (version 1909) from the 19H2 branch. They believe that 18363.418 will be the final build that will air next month through the release channel.

Microsoft accidentally released an internal-only Windows 10 build on 24th July, that reveals a new Start Menu design and a GIF search tool within the emoji picker. The build was not tested, and was released accidentally to a small portion of insiders in Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings.
